August 2012 marked a ten year milestone for AJ Dance.\u00a0 While living in Nashville, TN, AJ Dance discovered the underground sounds of Vanderbilt University\u2019s radio station WRVU 89.3.\u00a0 \u201cThe Underground Alarm Clock\u201d hosted by Mindub on Tuesday mornings peeked AJ\u2019s interest to attend a monthly party dubbed, \u201cAudity Central\u201d held on Nashville\u2019s West End district at The End.\u00a0 Of course being a house music disciple since the late 1980\u2019s and having danced since the young age of seven and up through to the college years at some serious fraternity and sorority parties, it was not until the new millennium that AJ was baptized into the waters of club land.\u00a0 Unfortunately, AJ missed the much acclaimed rave years.\u00a0<\/em> Since moving deeper south to Atlanta, Georgia in the spring of 2003, AJ has been a mainstay in the underground house music scene having danced to local acts; 4Deep, Daniel Gresham, Kai Alce, Cullen Cole and StanZeff and touring DJs; Kaskade, Marques Wyatt, Derrick Carter, Louie Vega and Culoe De Song at venues from the Crescent Room, MJQ, The Mark, Lava to 595 North.\u00a0 AJ has witnessed the night life\u2019s movement of parties from Connect, MJQ\u2019s Deep, SWEAT to Tambor.\u00a0 Having been an avid event promoter for the Dynamite Entertainment Group, 4Deep and Tambor there is no slowing down the happy feet of AJ Dance.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

A<\/span>J Dance has danced in cities around the country: Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Las Vegas, Miami, Nashville, San Francisco, St. Petersburg, Tampa, Washington D.C. and Windsor, Ontario. \u00a0He has danced at notable festivals such as Atlanta’s House In The Park, Detroit’s Movement, Chicago’s Chosen Few DJ’s Old School Picnic, Dallas’ Lights All Night, \u00a0and Miami’s Winter Music Conference. \u00a0Yet, there is plenty more to come. \u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

A lot of people now a days feel they can be successful at writing blogs.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I always look for the writer to take me down that exact path they were on.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I want to be able to see the beauty of the people, hear the vibes come across the speakers and feel me grooving on the dance floor.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
